Dipl.-Finanzwirt (FH) – Tax advisor – Procedural and tax law
Born in 1947, Reinhard Kreide holds a Dipl. Finanzwirt (FH) tax and finance qualification from a German University of Applied Sciences (FH). From 1968 to 1983, he worked as a senior-level civil servant in Heidelberg’s Revenue Office (Finanzamt). Most recently he served in the Tax Audit Unit as a corporate tax auditor and as an expert auditor for international business. In 1983, he made the switch to tax advising and was appointed a tax advisor (Steuerberater) in 1984. The firm as it exists today was built and continually expanded under his leadership.
Due to his previous experience with the tax authorities, his special field is procedural law and optimal financial planning under tax law.
Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) – Tax advisor – Business law and international tax law
Born in 1959, Ulrich Herzog, who holds a Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) business administration qualification from a German University of Applied Sciences (FH), studied business administration with a specialization in taxation in Worms. He gained auditing experience working at an auditing firm in Heidelberg from 1985 to 1989. In October 1989, he took a position with Treuhand Heidelberg and was made a partner and managing director in March 1992 after passing the tax advisor’s exam.
Ulrich Herzog’s primary specializations in the firm include restructuring advising and services for companies of all legal forms, company transfers, international tax law, succession and will planning, and the establishment and management of foundations.
Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) – Tax advisor – Tax and business law
Born in 1960, Hans-Jürgen Rupertus holds a Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) business administration qualification from a German University of Applied Sciences (FH) and studied business administration with a specialization in taxation in Worms together with Ulrich Herzog. From 1987 to 1991, Hans–Jürgen Rupertus' first job led him to a tax advising firm in Mannheim, where he provided tax advice mostly to small- to medium-sized companies of all legal forms.
After passing the tax advisor’s exam, he worked for a short time in the auditing and tax advising firm of Dr. Keiper und Partner in Mannheim in 1992, leaving shortly thereafter to start his own business by taking the reins of a smaller tax advising firm in Weinheim. In 2005, he merged his firm with Treuhand Heidelberg.
In addition to providing tax and business administration consulting, his main specialization is income tax advising.
Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) – Tax advisor – VAT law and documentation
Markus Mohr was born in 1972. He studied business administration with a specialization in taxation at the University of Applied Sciences (FH) in Worms and completed his studies with the Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) business administration qualification. The foundation for his career can be traced back to his professional assistant tax advisor (Steuerfachgehilfe) training from 1992 to 1995. Markus Mohr’s first job was in a tax consulting and auditing firm in Mannheim. In October 2000, he then took a position at Treuhand Heidelberg. After successfully passing his tax advisor’s exam, he was appointed a tax advisor (Steuerberater) in early 2004 and was made a partner of our firm in 2005.
In addition to providing tax and business administration consulting, Markus Mohr’s specializations are VAT law and documentation requirements.
Dipl.-Kaufmann – Public auditor/tax advisor – Auditing und company valuations
Born in 1976, Björn von Olnhausen holds a Dipl.-Kaufmann business qualification. After studying business administration at the Universities of Mannheim and Bergen (Norway) with a specialization in corporate taxation, tax law, and international management, he worked in major auditing/tax consulting firms from 1999 to 2005, focusing primarily on auditing financial statements, corporate takeovers and company valuations, and due diligence.
After being appointed a tax advisor (Steuerberater) in 2005, he took a position at a Mannheim firm in which he conducted statutory auditing activities and provided consulting services to small- and medium-sized companies and their owners. In 2010, he was appointed a German public auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer). After two years of self-employment, in which he helped establish NovO Treuhand GmbH & Co. KG, Mannheim, he was made a partner of Treuhand Heidelberg in 2014.
Björn von Olnhausen specializes in providing all-around consulting services to family companies and their owners along with conducting statutory auditing activities including statutory financial statement audits, company valuations, and due diligence. He also advises small- and medium-sized companies and groups on building and structuring their activities abroad, particularly in Asia.
Dipl.-Kaufmann – Tax advisor – Corporate and group tax law
Roger Wisniowski (born in 1967), who holds a Dipl.-Kaufmann business qualification, studied business administration with a specialization in corporate taxation and corporate finance in Tübingen. He began his career at one of the world’s largest tax consulting firms, was appointed a tax advisor (Steuerberater) in 1999, and, during his work as a tax advisor, held managerial positions advising small- and medium-sized groups of companies in particular. In 2013, he founded his own firm, which he merged with Treuhand Heidelberg in 2015.
Roger Wisniowski’s specialties include providing tax consulting services to small- and medium-sized groups of companies, particularly consulting on tax design and corporate restructuring at the national and international levels.
M.A. – Tax advisor – Tax law and corporate succesion planning
Louis Metz – born in 1993 – studied business administration (B.A.) in Heidelberg. In 2017 he successfully graduated with a master’s degree in taxation at the University of Worms. Starting his professional career (2015) at a mid-cap auditing firm in Heidelberg, one year later he transfered to Treuhand Heidelberg.
After passing the tax consultant exam, he was appointed as tax advisor in the beginning of 2019. He then was promoted to managing director and partner at Treuhand Heidelberg in 2020. In addition to tax and business consultancy, his main fields are corporate succession, restructuring and family office support.
